The loop

How it works

1. It scans and verifies

Seven research streams sweep Australian tenders, hospital builds, aged care, schools, pools, specifiers and resellers. Every claim arrives with a source URL, a date and a verbatim excerpt - anything unverifiable gets dropped.

2. It scores and matches

A fixed 0-100 rubric scores buying intent, category fit, volume, timing, buyer accessibility (including how the buyer can legally buy - panels, mandates, direct) and evidence - reasoning shown, never hidden. Each opportunity is matched to the concept basket with an estimated monthly order value, labelled AI estimate over illustrative prices.

3. You review and approve

Open any record to see evidence on the left and reasoning on the right. Move cards across the pipeline board - to contact, contacted, quoting, won - and every move is logged. Reject with a reason and it teaches future ranking.

4. Draft, edit, send

Generate an outreach email or a tender-response skeleton from the record - the outreach references the real trigger and offers the one-category pilot; the response lists what to check in the tender documents. You edit it, you complete it, you submit it through the buyer's own channel. The tool never sends anything.

Anatomy of an opportunity

This is a real record from the seed set. Every card answers seven questions in one glance - who, what happened, why SECTORCO, which category, how strong the evidence is, who to contact, and what to do next.

  1. 1

    Who is the buyer?

Organisation, state and opportunity type. ABN and website when verifiable.

  2. 2

    What happened?

The public trigger - a tender published, a ward topping out, a pool opening - with its date.

  3. 3

    Why might they need SECTORCO?

The reasoning, kept strictly separate from the verified trigger.

  4. 4

    Which product fits?

Matched current catalogue models. Click through for price, specs and stock notes.

  5. 5

    How strong is it?

The 0-100 score with per-point reasoning, plus confidence in the evidence.

  6. 6

    Who should SECTORCO contact?

A verified name and a phone number listed on the organisation's own site; otherwise the exact role to ask for. Nothing is ever guessed.

  7. 7

    What next?

A recommended action plus drafts - an outreach email or a tender-response skeleton - referencing the real record.

Non-negotiables

The rules under the hood

Evidence-first

No source URL, no excerpt, no record. Verified facts sit separately from AI inference on every screen.

Estimates are labelled

Quantities and order values are AI estimates over illustrative concept prices - sites, beds, cells - never presented as quotes.

Nothing auto-sends

Outreach drafts are generated only when you ask, and always require human edit and approval.

Route before pitch

Every record is screened for how the buyer can actually buy - SOS panel, VIC mandates, LGP, HSV or direct. No promises of pathways that do not exist; no invented people either.

That's the whole game.

Start with the top-scoring record, read the evidence beside the reasoning, and draft the first email. Two minutes, start to finish.
